A project-specific agreement is provided before launch so scope, ownership, support, and responsibilities are clear.
What the agreement covers
Your agreement identifies the exact scope of the website, project fee, timeline, client responsibilities, review process, payment terms, and launch criteria for your business.
Direction before launch
You see and approve the direction before committing to launch. Material changes after approval may require an updated scope, timeline, or quote.
Ownership and accounts
After final payment, the agreement explains your rights to the approved custom website and how domain, hosting, form, and related third-party accounts are owned or transferred. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and fees.
Management and cancellation
If you choose optional website management, the agreement defines what the $50/month plan includes, what is quoted separately, and how to cancel. Cancelling future management does not remove your rights to paid-for deliverables or accounts you own.
Forms, privacy, and performance
The agreement documents how an included inquiry form is delivered to your business, who is responsible for customer information after receipt, and the limits of any search or performance claims. Search visibility and customer results cannot be guaranteed.
