A straightforward look at who owns what, how handoff works, and what optional website management includes.
Your website stays yours
When you purchase a completed website from Jack Willner Web Design, your business receives ownership of the approved custom website and the business content created for it, subject to the final project agreement and any third-party service terms.
Your domain name should be registered in your business's name and paid for directly by you whenever possible. This keeps your web address under your control.
Your accounts and access
Your website may use third-party services such as a domain registrar, hosting provider, form-delivery provider, analytics provider, email service, or other tools. Those services have their own terms and fees.
At launch or handoff, you receive the account access needed to operate your website. If an account was configured for the project, we will help transfer or share appropriate access after final payment, subject to that provider's transfer process.
Optional management — $50/month
You may choose optional website management for $50 per month. It is designed for routine help after launch, such as monitoring the site, coordinating hosting access, and making small agreed-upon content updates.
New pages, redesigns, custom features, search-marketing campaigns, complex integrations, automation work, third-party fees, and work beyond the agreed monthly support scope are quoted separately.
Cancel anytime. Cancelling management ends future management service; it does not take away your ownership of the website or access to the accounts you own.
Forms and inquiries
Core websites can include an inquiry form that collects visitor-submitted information and sends it to the contact destination selected by your business. Your business is responsible for responding to inquiries and maintaining accurate contact details.
Advanced automation—such as automatic follow-up, reminders, CRM connections, or SMS workflows—is optional and separately scoped when appropriate.
Before launch
You see and approve the direction before committing to launch. Final project scope, ownership, payment, launch, and support details are confirmed in writing for your project.
